Pendant arrived on time in good condition. Has been worn 5 times, now the color disappeared and I have a clear glass looking thingwith a couple slight traces of color left. It did not bleed it’s color onto me or my clothing. It was not worn in the ocean, pool, or bathing facility. Goin to try to get a new one sent in replacement. Will updated on how it goes.Update, same day. Heard back from Kate Lynn jewelry by the next time I checked my email. They have already shipped a replacement of same color as previously. Fast service with a great attitude is very much appreciated, Thank you to Kate Lynn. I've never heard of a Swarovski gem suddenly becoming transparent so goodness only knows what happened or what it was exposed to between manufactur to depovery of product. The person I received an email from said their going to send the photos to Swarovski themselves to make them fix their product. Very cool.
